It is a powerful modality that can anchor one in a profound sense of remembrance. Not only does it feel great, but has the potential to heal in all sorts of mysterious ways (body, mind, soul).

Even if nothing comes from a session other than feeling really fucking relaxed - that is a win in a society that thrives off of your anxiety and fear.
